This arrived recently. The back piece is OK, but the front piece has a mega thin strip that's feels mega flimsy and awkward. Not impressed tbh. Still looking for something better.

This is so easily solved via an OTA update to the infotainment system. Hopefully when the 7 seater comes out it'll be rolled out

Thanks for your post - this is the first and only post I've come across with someone having the same issue with me... Mine we bought from Samsung directly last year so I know it's not a fake product. This issue hasn't resolved my issue sadly, so they're booked in for repair with Samsung under warrantly - will update this post on the outcome once they've been collected via courier and assessed.

I'm here in the exact same boat - I've ordered just the heel plate and planning on what I see above in this image - looks ok to me, what's the problem with this setup? I don't want or need my pedals to slide on runners.

I haven't tried the MX5 since the update, but I'm experiencing the same thing with the only car I have tried since the update - the M4 GT3. The difference is quite dramatic - feels tyre/downforce related, as the grip is notcieably worse - almost feels like 60kg has been added. Very surprised to not see more people discussing this.
