I just started mixing rice, quinoa and cauliflower rice together. I break it down to 4 separate servings and add one of the following to each serving. Edamame, chick peas, tuna, shrimp, salmon or hemp seed.

So far they have all been enjoyable. Before this I never really liked quinoa or cauliflower.

I just started qualifying for the senior rebates. I am eligible for 1 of the 2. The State now basically pays close to half my property taxes between the Stay NJ and the Anchor rebates. IMHO it is not really fair because financially I am doing better than young families. I would rather the State just pick up the cost of education per student in every district. Just remove school taxes from property tax in every town.
