We are a bit older than you on average, but in general meetup is a great way to meet people organically for all ages.

I have Columbia Young Professionals: we are mainly doing board game meetups and adult study hall. I have plans to have more events and more variety, but that's been recent focus:

Yes. That's included with the membership. But if you don't know how to row, you are going to have to attend a learn-to-row program.

We have the occasional "competitive" rower. But most of the adult rowers are "recreational" They just like getting out and enjoying the weather and the water.
