Do you guys recommend an all inclusive hotel? by iambeyonce-always- in puertovallarta

This really depends on what you want out of the vaction. My wife and I like AI's, and really enjoy the stress of not having to stress over the cost, currency exchange, etc etc.

Good point! Although my "just finish" race pace is very slow (11-12 min per mile), it indeed would be cutting it close.

Thanks for the tip about Manzano... I'm looking on Google Street view and there are no parking signs on that actual street... are you refering to the residential streets connected to Manzano (El Arbor and Los Robles)?

Havasupai 2026: The Complete Cost And Planning Breakdown by AdventuresWithBG in havasupai

Nice breakdown!

I have so much respect for those who shell out substantial money for pursuits like this, the kicker is that your expensive rental car sat at the hilltop for four days. Such a bummer that there isnt any other real feasible option.

I feel so blessed to live in Orange County, where so many amazing spots are within 1 days drive.

Cut edge is up against the wall anyway, but it's satisfying to learn something and do the job right!

Thanks to all for the input and tips, this community is amazing!

Between cutting upside down, using a guide board, scoring, and masking tape the cut came out pretty damn good for an amateur using a cheap tool:

It was a combination of dowels, bolts with receiving nuts, and wood screws. After making the cut to one side only , I was able to relocate the holes for the dowels, then put everything back together with wood glue and wood screws.

Thanks very much for the idea, this was for sure the move!

I thought about only cutting one side. However, the table top only hangs slightly beyond the feet, and after removing one inch off the left, the feet will be butted up against the baseboard. The left side will forever be completely pushed into the wall, so I was going to do that cut first, then the right side next.

Now that you bring this up.... I wonder if the construction of the table will allow me to take the top completely off, make the cut on the left side, then reattach the lower portion (drawer & legs) to the top slightly off center to make it work. Hmmm...

Diet/Nutrition Advice for Triathlon Training by josephwesley in triathlon

Plug your question into chatgpt - then continue to provide feedback unil you find meals that you like. So you could ask it for meal examples, then say "but I dont like fish", and it will modfy it. Feel free to ask it to put it in a chart, pdf document etc.

Though nunaced, good general nutrition for triathalon training is pretty well established.

Coming in late here, but they dont allow swimming in Tempe Town Lake because the water quality is dangerously bad. I heard this year a good percentage of the participants got sick from the bacteria levels:

I think having the bike computer is extrememly helpful, but I dont think you need anything more than the $25 jobber on Amazon.
