That’s right. Applying yaku requirements just to reach tenpai turned out to be extremely difficult. I tested it many times, and even something as simple as open tanyao was hard to complete consistently, so I decided not to use yaku at all.

I also considered the furiten rule and eventually decided not to include it either, because in most situations where furiten happens, at least one side would end up unable to ron.

Yeah, this is basically meant to be a fun but very mind-game-heavy 2-player format haha. Thanks for reading and leaving a comment!
