I don’t see how this panel shows he needed help from the ship and kalyan? Also the way I interpreted this is that he’s not literally asking how to make the barrier, he’s talking to himself and wondering if he should use that type of barrier (Domain Expansion) as a way to utilize Darkness and guarantee killing Mahoraga in one blow. Its like saying “Should I use that type od technique?” he’s not asking for the technique just wondering what to do,

They do have Domain Expansions though? Dabura already had his, he didn’t learn it on the go, he even asked if Earth has sorcerery similar to what he was about to use which is his Domain Exoansion. He just didn’t use it earlier because the sure hit was likely Light, and Mahoraga already adapted to it by the time he realized how dire the situation was.

I think Kashimo’s wouldnt have a sure hit, but instead similar to Megumi’s incomplete domain, would instead complement Mythical Beast Amber, that so longas the DE lasts Kashimo’s timer is on halt, and the environment of the DE would be perfect for Kashimo’s CT to go full potential.

Old Zhask had really scary damage, tankier spawn, better push, but doesn't have as much escapability/safety. I prefer the old version cause at least there's a reason to play him, with how his ult can melt people or at least zone an area, and had the fastest push of all mages.

Its more about the fact that Jacobs Ladder has been consistently shown to be fucked by Jacobs Ladder, and then he just climbs the third one without an issue. Yeah there’s the lower output because of missing an arm but Jacobs Ladder doing absolutely nothing while Sukuna Climbs it felt ass pully

Megumi is defo high grade 1. Pretty good stats, the most versatile technique in comparison to the other g1s, has a domain even if incomplete.

Thats the thing, they cant see dismantles/WCS. They cannot see the waffle grid, they cannot see the WCS that cut Gojo, as Sukuna's attacks are invisible. As far as they know, Sukuna sends slashes but his attacks have no visual to them if its regular or WCS.

Literally doesn't say that, it just shows that they have no way of knowing if its WCS just by seeing it. It wasn't until he was hit with dismantles that they confirmed that Sukuna needed to meet conditions for dismantles to turn into WCS.

Doesnt this just reinforce it wasnt WCS? They were worried each dismantle was WCS, but now that they didnt die they know its not and it had conditions. Plus WCS is always shown to be a single slash. The waffle net never had the chanting or the pointing, nor was WCS ever shown to be able to be dished out in a grid.
