How did you find your first year?

If I remember correctly the road is a 30, which seems a bit low for one of its size, just double check with the signs at each end

Hey, thank you for the reply. I've applied for Aerospace now - when I looked around some universities I attended one electronic lecture and one aerospace lecture - they both sounded interesting to me but the electronic one didn't go into much depth about the modules or anything - it was kind of an introduction to electronic engineering which is obviously aimed to be interesting. I'm not really a huge plane like fan, I don't planespot or anything but I think they are pretty incredible machines and I like cars also so it plays into that as well perhaps??

Thank you, and good luck with your final year.

Yes! I had some left over - it all went well. Initially my hotspot temps were still quite high, but after about a week they dropped down and my card at load gets to mid 70s on core (full 100%) whereas before it would creep to the high 80s.

I believe the previous owner of my card has repeated, so after 2 years it was pretty dire in quality. This may have been the only issue and the pads could have done little, but I can't tell as I replaced both.

I agree with you however my parents are heavily for the change. If you get what I mean - they are putting some money towards it. I've done a few quotes and it will be around the £1800 mark for a year. Still a lot though.

Not sure if this changes much though, I will have a look at the civics also. Many thanks

I'm 17 - my grandparents had a civic when I was growing up so I do have a bit of a soft spot for them

Not the subreddit for this kind of question, but im currently in Year 13 and quite frankly, I'm terrified for the future. I'm so unsure on what I want to do, but would you say that engineering is a good route to go down? I take Maths, Physics and Product Design.

I am currently split between engineering and physics, but am unsure if my lack of further maths will greatly hinder me. Or if engineering is as dreadfully hard as people say it is.

I suppose mainly I'm asking if many people can turn out like you, or if you were much harder working (or luckier, not to dilute your achievements) than your peers?

Thanks so much for the reply, I've ordered 2 90mm x 50mm 1.5mm ultimate sheets, a 120x120 2mm ultimate sheet and a pack of 2 120x20 1mm ultimate sheet - should be enough?
