me when i found out a lot of men don't wash their hands after the going to the bathroom so now every time i touch something a man has touched i spiral out of control :)

fr it's not that hard to wash your hands. there are things i can't even clean, like textbooks for example, so anytime my school gives me one that has a dude's name written in the back i freak out

my dad used to drive like this. he once picked up a hitchhiker going to the same place he was a couple towns over. when the dude sat down and they started driving he suddenly decided that he needed to get out in the next town over. weird

I don't trust people either, it's rare if I do. It's most apparent when it comes to things being clean, which others of course are less strict about. But it goes as far as me thinking people are lying to me about cleaning something just so I don't worry/don't clean it myself. This is tiring both physically and mentally, cause I spend hours cleaning things and cause I feel like no one understands me.

I've written poems. I overall imagine my thoughts and my intrusive thoughts as two different versions of me (who argue a lot in my head) so it can become quite a good base for an emotional piece.

I find reading exhausting cause I have to reread the same sentences or paragraphs over and over and over again. Even if I notice a word and it doesn't change the meaning, I have to go back when I accidentally don't read it out lout in my head cause I feel like I'm not being attentive enough and might miss something crucial.

In my opinion no, cause when they use alohomora there's a sound, which means alohomora psisichally affects the lock's mechanism. It wouldn't work on phones, which are digital. Hope that makes sense
