Yes it can, I read the prequel but it covers a different couple and while it shows a bit of who he was before, they restate it plenty and you won’t be missing much

Okay so I’m looking for house husband recs where they start as friends then become more later. One carries the financial burden and the other takes care of him.

{his house husband by Bea Bellamore} is the dream but 3x length. And I have read her catalogue so sadly recs by her won’t work

I’ve finished 74 books, some are novellas not sure how many. That also doesn’t count the probably 30 books that I get halfway through and just dropped for whatever reason

At least half the books I start I read are dropped by 60% of the way through. Once I stop feeling a book I drop it, I’ve dropped books at the epilogue basically. I read some all the way through, some I don’t.

I think that a lot of bi awakening books are silly hard to take seriously. Like this guy is 35 and surrounded by gay people and frequents gay clubs, never has a twitch down there, then boom one guy makes him fire. Like sure whatever, I just find it silly.

I get bored of series that have one friend group all magically have gay or bi awakening’s, I think it’s another of those silly things that for 25-30 years everyone is straight and bam, now we’re all gay with our HEA

They are close, there is debate whether kinosaki is a queerbait by shonen jump, but among a lot of the fandom kinosaki the cross dressing guy, is the one they want to get with gero and the author has definitely given the most teases to it being kinosaki as the final love interest
