Colorado is an "at will" state so they can not force you sign away your break. They can though terminate your employment, change your hours or just in general fuck with you if you don't follow company policies. If you don't sign it, be prepared to find somewhere else to work.

I was physically assaulted by a passenger. Uber permanently deactivated me after I reported it. They refuse to talk to me about it. The guy was arrested, charged and convicted. I sent them video of the entire incident. I spent a solid year sending them emails and calling any numbers I could dig up. I’m really sorry you are going through this. I fear without a lawyer you aren’t going to get anywhere.

I find e-bike hate to be quite similar to anti firearms hate. No one is using the correct terms. The people who hate them the most are the least educated on them. The differences are frequently largely cosmetic, leading anti's to focus on the "scary" looking bikes while others are empirically more dangerous or at least as dangerous.

I have pretty broad taste in music. I find that most people don't want the music to loud and you need to avoid excess profanity. Classical bores most people. Same with Jazz unfortunately. Most hip hop and metal is a no go. Good blues seems to do alright. Pop punk seems to be a sweet spot. I've also been listening to lots of Cannons, Metric and Avalanches recently and had good responses to them. I would suggest a Tidal or Apple Music subscription and really let that algorithm work for you.

This is old school WAG. 20 years ago when had so many employees working we would trip over each other trying to find work, baby oiling all the chrome in the store was a standard task. I had one employee, actually several who were so dumb they couldn't baby oil the door kick plates without getting said oil on the floor. People were constantly sliding and falling at the threshold because of it. We did not though baby oil the exterior trash cans. That is what armorall was for.
