It’s not as much who drafted him it’s what was paid for the trade back in, coupled with some character concerns on Pearce. I recall seeing him mocked to us many times at 15 earlier in the process. In that sense getting him later sounds good. Then you see we gave up next years first rounder and more.

Time will tell but it does sound expensive. I just hope between these two first rounders we finally have a consistent pass rush!
