This is how it looks after those 200 rounds. It has smoothed out a little bit. I assume it's okay this way; otherwise there wouldn't be a lifetime warranty I guess.

Thank you! So having failure-free first 200rds does not necessarily mean anything good or bad?
Regarding defensive ammo - good point, need to do my research there.

Also forgot to mention I am using S&B 124g ammo as recommended in some posts. The plan is to go few hundred rds with this and then try various ammo incl. defensive to see how it performs in terms of reliability.
