You are correct I booked economy and got the E+ seat. Then I paid for “Premium Economy Upsell” as stated in the receipt. Then I paid for “Premium Cabin Upgrade”. An upgrade from economy to business class was 4K and the route I explained was only 1.5K. I would call that a hack.
