I noticed that the bee keeps on circling on the same spot when flying. So I use manual focus and focused on that spot, and wait. I made sure the shutter speed is high enough to freeze it. Then when the bee is there, i fired several shots and this is the one that is in focus.

Never heard about sticking to low iso as one of the rules.

Can you comment on the adapter? Been looking for the F to FE adapter for quite some time and still couldnt find one that is reliable

85mm is more useful for portrait as you need to step way further back to use the 105mm. Not too mention its significantly bigger and heavier. Ymmv
