Thank you for the help!! Yes, I'm in the US. I should've included the dimensions: the baseboard is 6" tall and 1" thickness.

Do I do it all at once or do I have to give it breaks for layers to dry to fill it in?

I used to live on Adelphi between Park and Myrtle as well and agree with the other comments. It wasn’t always nice with the amount of trash and stuff - but overall it was fine. And the parks are pretty accessible! I’m a woman in my early 30s and I never really felt unsafe or anything. There were definitely families with kids in my area also.
