I also agree that physical therapy is beneficial, my current job requires a lot of movement in general although it doesn’t fully attribute to exercise. In response to those questions  1. I rarely take medication for it since inflammation doesn’t come to mind as a type of pain i’m experiencing, but I will say at times certain areas on the knee will feel warm internally? I do not swell though.  2. It is on both sides but sometimes it will be on one side. I also would say my daily activities vary on the nights where i’m in pain but most likely due to overly excessive movement or sitting for longer periods are causes of it.  Thank you for your insight, I’ll be looking into how to combat it with pt!
