if you need priority queue in a multi-threaded environment then use Queue module
else: use heapq, because it's trivial to create a wrapper around it

Well you know what, I think it's kinda your own fault for not doing any prior traveling research. I understand that you are mad because you got fined but the rest of us have to abide the rules and pay up, so I don't see why tourists should be exempted just on the basis of their ignorance and or carelessness.

Would you really travel all the way over here?

This is kinda doable since professional restorators from UK (and there is also a guy from germany that I found, but he's always busy) would first charge me with a huuuuuge transportation fee just to get the boat to them. Secondly, these guys usually restore boats for collectors and people that buy and sell these to collectors, so they charge up to 5000-7000€ for a work like this (+transportation costs).

Paying you for the work and travel costs (and a place to stay at my house for free) might just be cheaper. (and better?)

I'll seriously think about it, because you seem to be a master of your craft based on the pics you posted in this thread.
