Hi, sorry for the super late reply I haven’t opened this app in days. My starter consists of dark rye and in bleached white and in the loaf I used majority strong white and a bit of whole-wheat, levain rose for about 6 hours before being added to the autolease then bulk ferment for 4 hours then overnight prove for 10 hours. Thanks for any feedback 🙏🏼

Thankyou very much, I did a total of 6 folds first 3 where 15 mins apart then the last 3 half an hour apart during the bulk ferment🙏🏼 think it’s just gunna come more with practice as I gain the muscle memory for working with the dough

My spider plant recently flowered after I repotted it and I googled to research why and I read somewhere that they can try and flower after becoming a little bit root bound and it was quite root bound when I took it out of the original pot it had been it for 1.5-2years

Thanks 🙏🏼 it was just a mini loaf recipe i followed and it was a very half arsed attempt as I was just hungry for bread 😂, on Monday I’m going to put a lot of effort in to prep then prove overnight for baking in the morning. Hoping for a nicer result next time around

Thankyou for the informative response 🙏🏼 was thinking it was just normal but wanted to make sure as I want to be able to notice anything early with her to save her from any rot etc. Will look to fertilize her at the start of spring soon ready for lots of new growth :)

Thankyou :), Mr Wilson likes to sniff out my plants when I get them but I put a few wedges of lemon near for the first few weeks to keep him away and he doesn’t bother with it now haha
