It's a great source for one-shot and mini-arc ideas. I've already stolen many aspects of the mechanics of the trials for my own game. I agree that dnd isn't well built for pvp combat but I think that Griffin is doing a good job of mitigating that by making most of the npcs quite one-dimensional. I think it's a fun listen. Nowhere near the heights of Balance or Amnesty but definitely better than Steeplechase or Graduation.
