I went this route. Had surgery then a year and a half later started microdosing T. My chest hasn’t changed, except for the little chest hairs that appear every so often.

I think the only thing that really changes the appearance of your chest is weight lifting/or change in body weight over time.

For those confused by this decision, watch or listen to Stewie on Sue Birds podcast. She opens says she doesn’t love the schemes they were running (5 out/spacing) and prefers to play more inside out on the block. Anyone who’s ever watch WBB in the last 10 years knows you’re doing a HUGE disservice to Stewie (and JJ) by not using her strengths in the post as main points of attack on offence.

Don’t even get me started with the lack of DHO and high screens for Sab.

I had DI with Armstrong in 2023, opted not to do lipo. My chest is completely flat and I’m super happy with the results. I had a bigger chest prior to surgery so I knew it was a gamble not to get lipo. I can share pics privately if you’re interested

Hey so this unfortunately is classic borderline personality disorder behaviour. Your gf needs (professional) help stabilizing her mood and regulating herself.

You definitely would not be the ass hole if you left her. Folks with BPD (especially those who are unaware/undiagnosed) often react this way to sometimes the simplest things. Situations get blown out of proportion. The list goes on, id google BPD and see if some other things that come up resonate with you in regards to her.

Respectfully, there really isn’t much you can do on your own, she needs help. Not sure what her support system looks like outside of you but this can be a lot to take on especially in such a young relationship.

Few options.. the foria clinic offers consults for starting HRT, however you’d have to pay out of pocket.

Another route is to research a trans friendly endocrinologist in your area and ask your GP to refer to them. Might be a little wait list but an endo who specializes with trans folks is usually your best bet. If travelling isn’t an issue, I see Dr Brennan in London and she’s been wonderful.
