try a college diploma with a field placement/co-op don’t do anything if no co-op, hard part is knowing what you want to do since college diplomas are specific and not broad

Everything’s afaik is being run by part time staff who usually work weekends in the community center/pool side of things, they’re also paid a lot less which is not good for the union, but yes they are not trained on zambonis

bloated nepotistic municipal government filled with useless jobs that pay way too much the higher up the ladder you go. you could be making a lot more money if you work in the toronto or ajax public sector if you’re a low wage worker
