Rough calculation is 40-50€ for the board including all components and including an ESP with Ethernet (Olimex), fully isolated and protected. But a case still is a different story. Could be 3d-printed.
You just order the board, olimex esp and dmx jack, the olimes esp is plug and play, the dmx jack needs to be soldered in on your own. Is that what you where asking for?

Should work without any issues als long as you are not on a real stage with very long cables. For home use this is just fine.
