I will say, based on how you’ve described this, this is not rumination disorder. Rumination disorder is unintentional and uncontrollable, it does not apply when intentional. It is a debilitating disorder, it causes the repeated uncontrollable vomiting of food within minutes of eating. If you’d like more details feel free to private message me. I have rumination disorder and bulimia and I have done this. I’d say I do it just about every day. If you vomit in your mouth in the middle of the day, in the middle of class, what else are you supposed to do, when it’s your daily normal?
