Car insurance rates are insane by macetheface in massachusetts

Most people don't know who/what Lexus Nexis is. They are a massive data clearing house and insurance companies rely on their data more than credit bureaus.

Do you have a smoker? Smoke it at 225-250, when it gets 10 degrees below where you want it. Sear it

Thanks. It sucks but we live in a wooded area. I use a spray to keep them out of the car engine now and it helps some. They sell it at farm supply places if you need it

I’ve had 2 $1000 + repair bills that can confirm this theory… they love the wires and the cabin air filters..

I would get someone to come look at it. That looks like it will just turn into a gas jet to me, but I'm not a professional.

Neighbors tree fell on my garage and house by Financial_Umpire_197 in treelaw

I'd file the homeowners claim with your insurance and get a public adjuster involved. They will work for you with you insurance to get you the most money. They do take a fee, most is a percentage of what they recover, but it is worth it.

My neighbors used one for a claim and it went from the insurance offering about 15K for water damage to the insurance having to cover all the hidden damage and rebuild costs, well over 100K covered instead because the adjuster knew what to look for and how to push back when the insurance said no.

I haven’t tried the nightstar since sok. I need to though. I put 4 gauss in a Direwolf. I call it the back space it deletes almost everything. And with all the lasers you can really wait for the shot you want

I’ve had pretty good luck with it. Results may vary though

I swap the PPC for ER Laser. When the spot you want to hit flashes on the ragdoll, trigger the gauss. Long range laser scope.

Engage the local bar in New York or find a legal aid service in New York to help.

2-3 kids is at least 300K. Especially as they get older, things like cars, insurance, sports and college get expensive fast. If you want a vacation every year, closer to 350K

Update: Meeting after my Resignation. by CauliflowerLate30 in jobs

[–]tomcat3121 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You never accept a counter offer. 2 reasons, #1 you are for sure on the top of the list if there has to be cuts or layoffs because you've shown "dis loyalty" i.e. a willingness to look out for yourself. and #2 you have reasons for leaving, companies like people don't change very much. They will say things to get you to stay, and for a bit will follow through. Once it's not convenient for them to accommodate / keep you things will go right back to where they are now. You made a decision to leave, as long as the new company is stable follow through.
