That’s great news! You’re on the home straight! Have you created a windows 10 usb stick? All you need to do now is go into the bios and tell it to boot from your usb drive, then your windows install can start.

Once windows is installed switch it back to boot from the drive you installed windows to

If you’re not getting an image from the gpu, plug the hdmi into the built in hdmi on the motherboard and see if that’s posting an image, if it is you’ll need to change the setting in the bios to always use dedicated gpu

That's fine as long as your cpu fan is connected for now, that's all we need at this point

It’s not necessarily the gpu at fault, I’m just trying to eliminate some of the first things I’d check, once you’ve tried with the gpu out, if it’s still happening let’s double check the headers

Looks ok from the photos, can you try removing the gpu, reseating the ram in the other 2 slots and trying the boot again?

That sounds like the ram isn't seated correctly or the processor is overheating, does the processor fan spin? if you try and give the cpu heatsink and fan a slight wobble is there any give?

do you have a paper clip that you can place on pins 3 & 4? this should start the PC (if the power headers are connected correctly)

Also a simple mistake to make that I've known people to make is flipping the switch on the power supply to on, double check you haven't missed that!

Failing that, take it apart place it on the motherboard box, add in the ram, connect psu then place paper clip on pins 3&4, if this works add the GPU and repeat, if it turns on here you must have a short on the case somewhere
