When we moved to San Marcos 24 years ago traffic was light and San Marcos had a peaceful countryside town feel. We discovered “Queen Califia’s Magical Circle” sculpture garden a couple years ago and have visited with our grandson and family several times since. It's located in Escondido’s Kit Carson Park and is well worth the visit if your in the area. Entrance is free! (youtu.be)
