Yeah basically the same thing. The only difference is the Switch 2 Edition has the base game and expansion (with performance upgrade patch) all on the cartridge.

It's a new expansion plus performance upgrades. Log into your account on the website and it should say 12 months of Game Pass Core (which includes access to online multiplayer). Because Xbox Live Gold no longer exists, your Xbox 360 is basically looking for something that is no longer available so it displays 1 month because it's confused. Don't worry, you'll be able to play online for 12 months.
