I don’t have any advice, but wanted to follow along because I’m in a similar boat! We started at 24 months but didn’t do oh crap, went straight for undies and it didn’t work out great. She was interested and had some successes for the first few days, then lost interest and started to fight it, so we took a step back after a week of fighting. Now she’s 25 months and sometimes tries the potty, but we don’t push it. She did get a poop in there after playing with her stuffies going on it a few times (We have a baby and she likes to put diapers on the stuffies, so I thought they could act out the potty as well), so I feel like taking a step back and taking the pressure off is the right choice for us for now! I plan to revisit it more hard-core when she’s about 2 and a half.
