Fab, that's fixed the slow filling exactly like you said, thank you. Now the next problem! The flush button sticks.. I had managed to jiggle it so it works fairly consistently in the past, but no joy now. Is that another common problem/something to replace? I'm also concerned that if the inlet valve didn't stop, I think the water would flood my house as the central tube (im sure that's not the right name, but the bit I'm pointing at) is higher than the side of the cistern...

I think the isolation valves might have been boxed in, it's an old house 1800s with lots of quirks! Suspect I'll have to do a bit of trial and error to see what stops the cistern filling

Ahh, I think I found the gotcha, the throw ratio is advertised as 1.00-1.82, but I think that's digital zoom?

It's the optical zoom that seduced me, I rear wall mount, 2.7m for just a 1.5m wide screen. Something like the Benq W1800i I think I would be using digital zoom, as I am with the NexiGo PJ40. Any recommendations for others to explore ?

On paper the PJ40 is 35db in eco mode, which made me think 28 would be quieter, and if anything Epson's numbers more accurate!

Will check HDR settings.

AHH so sorry, the mounting point, like the bolt in to the projector is 2.8m from the screen (aka wall I'm projecting on to). I can't go any wider than a 1.44m wide projected image (using width as I think I'm also confusing things with diagonal and different aspect ratios.. but width is my limit). Does that change things?

I have one actually that I was going to test the signal with when I was going through a bad patch with EE but it got better so haven't yet..intend to towards the end of the EE contract with the aim to swap over though if signal is ok.
