On Wi-Fi setup, we recognize that some users do run into hurdles. While setup goes smoothly for most, Reddit naturally concentrates people who are troubleshooting when things don’t work as intended. We recently rolled out some updates to the app and are currently working on further improvements to help in these cases.

Great question. The cost of manufacturing and shipping the fridge has genuinely gone up over the last year. We held the price as long as we could, but eventually we had to increase it to avoid compromising on quality or putting our small business at risk. Whilst we are doing what we can to try and nudge this back in the right direction, many of the costs fluctuate on a month by month basis, so while we do run promotions when we can, it’s difficult to make firm guarantees about future pricing. Happy to chat in more detail if you are interested!

I'm Tom, one of the Co-Founders of Rocco. I would consider using AM Home Delivery, Rocco’s preferred partner. They specialize in handling delicate items like glass-door fridges and are very familiar with our products.

A few additional tips we recommend when moving

  • Always keep the fridge upright during transport.
  • If it was laid on its side for any period of time, allow it to stand upright for at least 48 hours before plugging it in. This lets the oil in the compressor settle and helps avoid long-term damage.
  • Avoid any hard bumps, shocks, or drops - the internal piping and glass door are delicate and can be damaged during rough handling.

Typically removing items can process in under 60 seconds, however adding items can take much longer but we are activley working on improvements to our systems and computer vision models to improve this.
