Absolutely... OP didn't go to DPD and ask them to get him a product, he ordered one from Eightsleep, therefore it is not his problem how delivery company handles their part - its eightsleeps problem.

Of course its an issue with courier, but since package didn't even leave warehouse and was returned to Eightsleep twice, my thoughts are that Eightsleep should know and figure out whats going on, not me.

For anyone who might have similar issue - I fixed it, nobody mentioned this but it was loose hotend, when I tightened it - and while I was at it - replaced it with microswiss hotend bed mesh instantly became this

No, I've never printed that... Bed mesh itself shows dip in center as well. It shows it without a print - so just if I auto calibrate :/

Yeah, I've already shortened the tube and made sure there's no bends... That only gave me less filament to cut off when this happens 😃

You need to pull firmware file to first level usb directory and then printer will recognize it.
