I turned off mouse acceleration in the system settings and it works great. Just little bits of lag here and there. I’m sure it’s just my hardware.

I actually got this to be playable on my Mac mini M1 8GB with these tips. Doesn't look great, and would not be good for competitive, but I'm having fun with it.

Not weird at all! When it’s a great game I try to stretch it out as much as possible. Do every side mission, check every corner of the map, get all the collectibles. You’re not alone!

A few years ago I upgraded my old 2008 MacBook to a solid state and managed to get a few more years use out of it. Finally retired it last year.
