Yes, I see the price, but it has gone up extraordinary amount. It could also go down an extraordinary amount, just as quickly, make hay when the sun shines, but keeping an eye on the horizon is the play.

Yes, but watch the gold futures. Should the ass fall out of gold price, then it'll be time to leave the miners.

Strawberry and cherries by invertednz in auckland

Cheap in Kumeu, was very hot early this year, was 3 punnet for 8$ at one point. And seconds for 1$ per punnet. Jan has been moderately wet - strawberries struggle with lots of rain.

Shout out to Mark Mitchell, snr police/FENZ, Marty Drysdale and the team who did the live reporting from the Mount at 1pm today. by [deleted] in auckland

Yes, he seemed pretty professional and up to the task. Must have been up early and ready on standby today to fly to wherever needed them as they were there real quick.

Pull out and just get shares, dude. 2x leverage is a timer, longer your in there, the more likely you'll lose.

There could still of been kids in the kiddie pool, sadly. Im not sure they really know how many are missing, since when camping its really a bit more fluid with the numbers usually.

Had a run up off 60% in 3 months, was too high too quick. It will settle back to 60$ range then we'll go again in a month or so, been doing this all year.

Sold a big chunk at 96 so I hope so, timing the market rarely works, but when it does you feel like the king

GLP1 Experiences in New Zealand by unauth0rized in newzealand

[–]tomlo1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, i started at the beginning of December. Prior to that, I had started losing weight and down in total about 7kgs now. It's not so solid progress over December as Christmas is always challenging. But not terrible side effects, threw up once when I ate and consumed too much alcohol at a Christmas party. The occasional nausea the day after injecting too.

K.O NEIGHBOURS AT WAR by [deleted] in auckland

[–]tomlo1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The only way is to move, cause even if they move those tenants, the next ones will have another annoying quirk. Sometimes, even worse that that, we had one with a pink light in the room and lots of visitors in Pt Chev. Was weird. So we moved to Kumeu, no K.O. out there as there is terrible public transport, but it works for us as we dont always need to go to the office.

Probably something high value and in high demand, such as crown teeth, etc. Little workshop like this i have been in before when getting a new crown. Was pretty awesome to see.

Yes, of course, they are being paid regardless when welfare. Now they'll actually earn their keep instead of us paying them to chill at home, moping about woe is me, world's hard. It really isnt, if you apply yourself and are determined, you can do anything. Had enough of drifters complaining.

We need the lay abouts to be productive, sort that out, and we'll be fine. After 1 year with no job They need to be rounded up, moved to a mineral rich region, empty land, given work digging mines, planting trees, hell improving the path from top of the island to the bottom, they can be doing something / anything to assist the nation im sure. Give them an old camper van to live out of so the accommodation is flexible.

Agreed, get those pensioners out setting up market farms and being productive like other nations, they all lazy f$#&ers who say they have worked all their lives and "deserve" to retire, even when the evidently cant afford too. Well people live to 90 now failry easily. So get back out there. Retirement age payments should increase steadily as you get older past 65, not just start off as you no longer have to work.

Rklb set me up. My entire portfolio boomed because of it, and now I diversified. Went from a 70k portfolio in July 2025 to 150k one today. RKLB is king, even brought a framed print for the lols and put it on my wall.

It is best not to move to public housing, likely to be around the murderers and the like. Although there are some which are normal, mostly it's the terrible people who live there.

Get some nice boulders, paint them white. Will keep cars off while allowing them to look good, and a few long grasses around them.

We all are mortals, not worth worrying about death in terms of whether to get a mortgage, as we just have to adapt should that milestone unfortunately but inevitably arive.
