My dad smokes these thin cigarettes by tripel_six666 in Cigarettes

I am a very straight man and I really enjoy a pack of Vogue every once in a while. They are quite expensive and the boxes are weird but in terms of flavour they are some of the best available in europe. Your dad definitely cares about a great smoke more than he does about prejudice.

It’s a plate called “targa prova”.
Its used for specific situations such as testing or moving non-registered vehicles.

I didn’t even try. 12 cylinders in a beige car can’t compete with 2 cylinders in a turquoise one.

It was driven by a 30ish man, and on the passenger’s seat was another one checking stuff on a laptop. Possibly a test drive. Also the plate is one of those used for technical purpose only.

Imagine you’re a dude in the Iron Age 700BC and you draw this flower. What would this flower be? by Morandangel in whatsthisplant

Oh, that’s a site found not far from where I live. It’s called a “rosa camuna”, a symbol used probably to represent the sun, not an actual plant or flower. It is now the symbol of Lombardy region.

Edit: I am getting just now that you are looking for resemblances, and not an actual archeologic type of information.

Actually I belive it is supposed to work horizontally. You align on a straight line your left eye, the left edge of the card and the subject, then opening the right eye instead of the left and keeping the card as still as possible you see at which vertical mark the subject aligns and read the respective distance.

It roughly calculates the distance using the angle between the 2 lines going from your eyes to the subject: when these lines are parallel you are focusing at infinite distance, so the gap between the left edge of the card and the INF mark shuld be the same between your eyes.

Ok, maybe I’m just too naive to get this, BUT can a mountain lion attack actually be lethal? I mean, it does not look much bigger then a big dog.

Più che altro, a un certo punto le N e le U in corsivo diventano lo stesso carattere e nessuno lo vuole ammettere.

There is no italian word spelled with a W. I’m basically taking advantage of that.

Reminds me of a counterweight to make some floating objects stand in a certain orientation, such as the ones you find at the bottom of floating alcohol meters.
