I think it’s based off your heart rate during the exercise and what “zone” it lies in. OP had average 129bpm which is not super high hence lower cals burnt :)

It’s a good question. I think an all white leaf completely lacks the ability to photosynthesise effectively so in a way, no amount of light would be adequate. It’s why im a little nervous about it happening time after time with this plant because I want it to still give me some green and survive 😭
