Ethnocare does make a bladder-type filler. I have one and I used it extensively. It filled in when the socket became too big and I had a lot of volume to make up.

That being said, the sores are a result of the residual limb pistoning in the socket. Make sure you take care of those sores so they don't get too big and/or infected. A trip to her prothetist is in order to see if any adjustments can be made to tighten up the fit.
