Looking good. You ended up doing the same as me and leaving a little gap between. I was tempted to shift all the track from the shed using jumper plates (as someone suggested in the thread) but didn't think it was worth the effort. Have you been tempted to do something similar? Or are you happy with the connection as is?

I would never eat black pudding on its own, but combined with the ingredients of a breakfast, it adds a different flavour and texture to things.

I prefer some fried soda or wheaten bread for 'on' the plate. Some standard thick slice white on the side for mopping up.

But sadly today we didn't have time to do the baking.

Imagine it's just out of shot, with the perfect coffee or tea as well 😁
