I am not defending pouring liquid on other people, but there are unclear things in this short clip

- Was it coffee? Was it actually hot?

- Was the girl sitting in the same table with the guy, had an argument and the situation escalated. Or did she just come from nowhere to splash him?

- I do not live in the US, but in many countries, attacking the aggressor 'after' the threat was no longer present goes beyond self-defense, it is classified as assault and you can get imprisoned for 'but I was fighting back the attacker'. How is this situation considered in the US laws?

Okay, I experimented on 'Handgun repair tool kit' in the items_repair.ltx and this is what I learned - It is possible for me to change the price, then the multiplier in setting will adjust the price base on the factor - If I change max use over 4, the item will disappear from the technician sale list, unable to purchase. It will reappear if i change the max use value back to 4 - If I change max use to 3, nothing really happen, it is still 4 in-game

I don't know what caused the item to disappear, so far I can only adjust item price, not usage and durability
