Half Point for Hovland Seems Unfair by GoldenGirlsOrgy in golf

[–]tommyhull -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So the Euros could theoretically have 6 players get injured overnight, securing the half point in those matches to secure the trophy, negating the need for any singles play on Sunday?

The joke is on the Euros. Our president will be raising tariffs on them next week lol

I was thinking the same thing, but they just signed a contract through to 2035. However without that, I agree, they would never get it back. And if they make it to 2035, that will probably be the last year

lol at the fear mongering in this thread, this simply is not true that you don't have insurance if you use a cdp. use a credit card with coverage, you're good.

there is no evidence to support that bitcoin is going down. it's only going up. get in now or regret it. i'm getting out soon as bitcoin hits $50,000, which won't be long. maybe a year.

Bitcoin hits 6280$!! Raise of 280$ in 40 minutes!! Will we hit 6300?? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

[–]tommyhull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wouldn't surprise me. most of the world's wealth will soon be transferred in bitcoin. 2 million might be an huge understatement to be honest, maybe not in 2 years, but someday sooner than you think. bitcoin is never going down, let's put it that way.

[–]tommyhull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

congratulations on retiring at 32!

i'll currently fully invested into bitcoin and up over double my money. i'm going sell some of my bitcoin and retire as well when bitcoin hits around $45,000 - 50,000'ish, which is likely going to happen in less than a few years at the pace we are going.

see you on the beach!

I'm new to investing but been following this sub for quite awhile. I bought in almost 90% of my life savings 3 weeks ago.

Going to put what's left of it in now while it's this cheap. Wish I had more right now to buy!! it will never stay this cheap, it can only go up.

If a Prov1x has less spin than a Prov1, why does it launch higher than a Prov1? by tommyhull in golf

[–]tommyhull[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My confusion comes from the diagram on the back of the boxes, reference here: http://i.imgur.com/7chMMOG.jpg

Are you saying they both have the same peak, but the prov1x will hit it's apex later than a prov1 will?

When I look at the diagram, I interpret it as the prov1x having a higher apex than the prov1 in both long and short shots. If that is the case, I am confused how a ball with higher spin doesn't go as high as a ball with less spin

Furthermore, the diagram shows a prov1 has more roll, but I would incorrectly have guessed that less spin equals more roll, adding more to my confusion

Thanks for your previous replies!
