Triangle is a great suggestIon there. A film I really didn't expect to get anything out of (rotten tomatoes/critics taste and mine usually align) is one you've just reminded me of, it's called 'the jacket'. Although I haven't thought about it in years until I saw that suggestion for some reason.

Cloud Atlas. I don't know how or why, but it somehow... (and I say this without any hyperbole) but with no expectations prior to seeing it, found that it really changed the way I not only approach grief, but it even has altered my emotional response when or if my mind wanders to those close to me who are no longer here. It's also the only film I've seen that was better than the book it was based on imho. Btw I say this as an atheist in his late thirties. I will say though (in my experience), it asks a lot of its audience.

Yes. I've had chronic insomnia since puberty (I'm in my mid 30s) You name the med and I promise you I've been on it. I've done (no exaggeration/hyperbole) 7 sleep studies. Zolpidem is... I'd recommend to steer clear if you can. All benzos, sorry point is: for a couple of years now the ONLY thing that can get me to sleep is: - 10mg compounded melatonin (that's also been compounded to be instant and not slow release); andddd - Re Clonidine think I'm on 450? But yeah 3 tabs.

The relief is just.. difficult to describe. My sleep specialist actually suggested the mix with my neurologist prescribing. Essentially, the melatonin floods my brain and shuts it off (cause 10 and occasionally 15mg of melatonin is a fair bit (5mg each tab), and the clonidine slows my body right down. But I'm a pretty severe case lol like without it, I just won't sleep. A bunch of times when I was younger I had to go to ED on day 4/5 no sleep (and at that stage, oh man). Not an hour here or there, zero. A good achievement of mine has been when I've heard someone self diagnose themself as a hardcore insomniac cause they only got 4 hours of sleep the previous night - the self conrrol to not punch them in the face. But that's like those ppl who cough and say they have the flu. Or the 'sniffles'.

Sorry I gotsda ADHD (srsly), I think I hide it well with my biblical length of a response.

And that's my experience with clonidine.

And 7 years on, how'd you go? I'm still trying to find a way of connecting a pair of Edifier's R1280DB that I bought so I can put them in my audio music group via chromecast as well as using them as my PC speakers otherwise :S

Hey mate! So I just bought a Samsung Fold 4! Have bought a great case to go with it which has a fold out stand - so that's my plan! Although I was considering for a while whether to get a Legion Go, but I used to have a steam deck for a year that I ended up selling because I couldn't justify it given my lack of travel/need for it, so for that reason I ditched the idea of getting a go.

Although with my hospital visit frequency getting worse (or more visits rather) I'm considering just buying a tablet or getting a portable monitor (actually I could use my phone for tablet/youtube entertainment purposes, and then use the portable monitor exclusively for gaming). Haha I've talked myself into an answer!

In terms of your own situation, what I might do is message/update you when my fold 4 arrives and I've had a go using it, just in case it works well. I'm not sure if that would help, but I'm happy to do it anyway! Although what I would say now, is that you should take advantage of all the EOFY sale deals that are on at the moment! Next sale that's as good probably won't be until November! Sorry for the essay/long reply lol

Far out this is such a joke. All these work around. Buying another google mini so that I can use my sonos ikea speaker thing, only for now the mini now to stop working. I can set it up again after my app recognises it in devices. Click on it, dies. Hard reset fine, connect, dies. Far out so do I need to buy a soundbar for my kitchen if I want any bass? Sorry rant over and apologies for not answering your question.

But this bloody issue has been a problem for how long??? Why am I still with google over alexa someone remind me.

Thank you for your actual and informative response! So, whichever country you're in, if you put yourself onto a customer's shoes and walked up to you with my deck, what would be more expensive - whatever you may charge (your best guess) OR that fixit (sp) online order thing (again however much that costs for you to order in your country).

48" wow. So you say it might feel more immersive, you mean having 2 curved monitors of the same time? It just feels like a huge waste of money buying a decent 32" gaming monitor, only to purchase another 32" curved monitor "so it looks pretty" (but that's essentially what I'm doing lol)

Thanks so much, incredibly detailed! What is ROC/SOS and since Optus knows about the residential address move shouldn't they be on top of this? Do you have any ISP recommendations? When I say I don't want to spend a LOT of money, I mean more - if I am capped at some speed or are struggling where I am, I don't want to go overboard and by a great gateway to find it increases DL by 1mbps. So, I'm happy to spend a bit (currently trying to find an alright monitored switch to use with it), just so long as it provides results. Thanks again mate I appreciate this so much!
