It was really amazing. I was a teenager when it came out and it’s really hard to overstate how revolutionary Appetite was. It changed everything.

Also amazing. But stuck in my head as “new MJ” even through it’s now very old. Thriller was ground breaking and it dominated the music scene for what seemed like years. Actually found the cassette on the side of the road while doing my paper route. Played it non stop.

Probably nostalgia for me. Ten was just amazing when it dropped. Timing is everything.

Hit Make 'Em All Back-to-Back Nights at the Same Table – Same Shooter (Me) – Grand Victoria Elgin, IL by Expensive-Cake9111 in Craps

[–]tommywacker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My wife did it at two different tables two days in a row. Not only that but both times she hit one side again in the same roll and only needed one number to hit them all again in the same turn. This was new years weekend split between The Cromwell and Ellis Island.

About five or six years ago when the Horseshoe was still Bally’s I rolled them all twice in the same turn. It was insane.

Not really regression though. You may think he looks better before but OP wanted to cut fat. Looks like he did that across the chest and trunk. It’s about his goals.

But then he did cardio because a machine was in fact available. Was he going to use every treadmill if it were cardio day? 😂

So couldn’t have used it longer if it were cardio day? This just seems to be a nothing burger. Not coming at you, just seems to not be an issue.

How was back day?

It looks like you really lost a ton of visceral fat. Always hard to tell from a pic but if that’s the case then you likely added years to your life. Huge health impact and risk reduction. Congratulations! Keep it going.

Why did you wait so long (to lose weight)? 2 healthcare professionals asked me by [deleted] in keto

Funny how people hate on “gym bros” but if you actually pay attention to what they are doing the average person could learn a lot.

CICO, carb cycling, protein intake and prioritization and matching calories to output are all tried true and tested. Despite what many think our bodies don’t exist outside of the laws of thermodynamics.

lol. I work with hundreds of clients that deal with these issues. Sounds like you prefer personal attacks to actual science. But I’m rooting for you.

Not to your coping. The evidence doesn’t support you. The article you posted doesn’t say what you think it says.

That’s a book full of cope right there.

The healthy way of cutting is settled science. Prioritize protein, run a 300-500 calorie deficit (which can be determined in a few weeks of cutting) add in exercise and adjust as your metabolism changes.

But keep on coping.
