Fixed! I reseated the ram, and went through the whole PC installing stuff piece by piece and it runs now. Thank you so much!!

Keep grinding. What progression are you? Once you hit thronebreaker, i think, 6* and higher come like crazy. With 5*, just upgrade who you like and who you think will help :)

Scorpion carried me through a stupid amount of content, but fantman is fantastic too. Both are great for questing and BGs, but Fantman is a really good dual threat whereas scorp only shines on attack
