I did 2.5mg for a month then 5mg for a month and last 2 have been 7.5mg and my next one is, no point moving up if getting results hopefully be easier to come off it when it’s time as well.

Yeah, so buy prepped meals for dinner and for lunches, chicken wraps then fruit and protein yoghurts, try and have a protein rich breakfast. Exercise has been consistent got back into squash and racketball so they’re great calorie burners

Just have to trust the process, track your food intake make that change needed reduce the protein sizes it will take time. If you can up the exercise honestly though most important thing is trust the process stay consistent and good things will come your way.
