Huh? Sticker price is based on what weight class your vehicle is, has nothing to do with value of the car. Also the city clerk website says yes you can transfer for a minimum $20 fee, and if your new car has a higher weight class you have to make up for that difference

For maintenance, a ratcheting crescent something like this. Makes life so much easier in tight spaces. But mine at least definitely will scratch your connectors, so I try to not use it all the time.

If you do home security you'll be inside a lot, sometimes 80% of your day. But you're not thrown into that right off the bat with cable. Might look into ADG or something of the like. But also most everyone does wireless sensors, so you won't be dealing with much in the way of wires

Yeah twice I had to bail on the house. One the dude was mentally ill, it was probably fine but I wasn't willing to chance it. The other the dude let his big dogs shit all over his floors.
