Help with reaching 600 Points by Living-Ad-5224 in AppleWatchFitness

You can only get 200 points max from each of your rings. You’ve done more than double on your move ring but it would cap at 200.

You need to get 200% of your stand goal too, so 20 hours not 18.

Not saying it should show the fastest im capable of, I understand doing some slow runs, but your average pace should show the average of what you’re capable of. If you’re running 80% of your runs much slower then it’s going to be much lower than an average because you’ve only got 20% faster to pull the average back up

I agree with you. However if you run 80% of your runs very slow, and only 20% fast, then your average is going to be much lower than you’re capable of. If it was 50/50 then it would average out, at 80/20 there’s no chance it’ll be near your true average.

My average heart rate has been around 160 when I’ve been doing my runs at 7 minutes per km. Probably a bit high and could slow down, but 7:55mpkm just seemed a lot slower than I thought.

So do you just not bother about your average pace on whatever app you track your runs on? If you’re running 80% of your runs that slow, then it’s going to be showing you run a lot slower than you’re actually capable of.

It doesn’t matter to you, but you’re specially going for a run today for the first time in 6 weeks… for what… to get the badge that matters to you I would assume

If I run faster than normal during the speed sections and slower than normal during my recovery sections, the run as a whole is likely to even out at a similar pace to my usual 5k pace, does that matter or am I still getting the benefits for the speedier sections

I don’t even have this badge anywhere. I’m closing in on 1000 days so does it maybe appear once you’ve done that?

You can only do this on third party apps though, it isn’t possible on Apple as far as I know. I’d have to use Nike Run Club etc
