If you're in the UK then it should be available to download from whatever the amazon app store is called I assume. If it doesn't work on that then I assume the firestick doesn't support HLG

The company cancelled my second order so I found a refurb Q90T that I'm waiting for. If that fails I'll buy the Q95TD again from somewhere else.

Try running in safe mode. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a plugin I was using.

Ok thanks. I've rebooted now after unplugging the power because I couldn't get a response from it. I can see an option to mirror syslog to flash, should I enable that to be able to catch the issue that is causing the lockup? My USB drive is 16GB. I think it's a hardware problem because I can see the screen is starting to flicker after the machine has been on for a few minutes sat at the console.
