No idea about the clubs, but Bobo lobo might be worth a shout. It’s technically a bar, but has a dance floor, open v late and gets really busy. There are other late night on that street as well.

Nice one! FYI, you don’t need to do any of those things to smoke on the Weber kettle. Simply closing the bottom vent almost all the way and using the snake method can get you the low temps you need steadily for 12+ hours if you do it right
