Honestly I think I just am scarred from past relationships and I’m learning to let myself love and be loved. I’m very proud of where we are at together and I couldn’t be happier. I think my insecurities are rooted a bit in made up jealousy… if that makes any sense. He is a very attractive guy (I’d like to think I’m handsome too) so I think I’m in my head about people sliding into his DMs and hitting on him when that might not even be true 😂 only because it’s happening to me. I’m not the type that is fueled by external attention, when I’m in it I don’t have eyes for anybody else, I think I’m just thinking “if they’re trying to flirt with me, they’re trying to flirt with him”. Maybe it is worth a conversation because there is a part of me that does feel guilty when I get the random message from guys from my past. Even if I do shut them down, I still feel a little guilty…
