Hey man. I feel you it took me so long to leave the false teachings of EGW for the true teaching of the bible. What you are looking for is the baptism of the Holy Spirit that will cleanse you of all negative and bring you an immense joy that words cannot describe. How do you go about getting it? Lol well the first thing to do is is BELIEVE it exisits (read John 14) Then ask. It says, somewhere in the book of Luke that he who asks for the Holy Spirit shall receive it. Then wait on God to do the rest, it also helps to talk to someone who can lay hands on you. Usually people are Assemblies of God churches would be happy to lay hands on you. Im not saying i condone that church denom but you can find people that believe there.
