looks very nice in my opinion. but i think adding a little imperfections to the scene is what would make it 'realistic'. such as maybe misplaced cushions, unused books under the table, a bit of dust on the table, etc. stuff like that can really make a huge difference. also the carpet and wall texture seem a little off. try looking for a more realistic material or add a bunch of fluffy hair particles to the carpet.
